We are delighted to announce that Pukeko Rental Manager Anna Lovett has won the residential PROMINZ Property Manager Of The Year award!
This is the second time for a member of the Pukeko team to win this award and we couldn’t be prouder!
Anna Lovett Joined the Gisborne Pukeko Team in October 2017. She was raised rural, within a sheep and crop farming family in the mid-Canterbury town of Ashburton where she purchased her first investment property in 2009 at the age of 29. She has purchased land and properties, project managed renovations, maintenance, and managed new builds, all of which has proved a great asset for her investment property owners.
The Property Managers Institute of New Zealand (PROMINZ) is the professional body for property management professionals in New Zealand. It provides nationally accredited qualifications, guidance on career pathways, and resources to assist property managers within their roles.
The PROMINZ Residential Property Manager of the Year award is made to any person they consider has shown exceptional levels of professionalism, excellence, best practice, and service to the residential property management sector.
PROMINZ said that Anna’s property owner referees described Anna as having a level of determination above and beyond most in her field. (We agree!)

Last year's award was won by Vicky Harris, a Pukeko Rental Manager based in Hawke’s Bay.
