Award Winning Property Managers - Matt & Karen ( Kapiti Coast)
Local Kapiti property management team Matt Warren & Karen Simpson-Warren were awarded the Pukeko Rental Managers “2021 Property Managers Of The Year” award on Saturday night.
They also won the “Tenant Satisfaction” award and “Operational Excellence” Awards.
Pukeko Rental Managers is a boutique residential property management franchise with over 30 franchise owners located throughout the country, each managing up to 100 properties within their region. Each property manager is an owner-operator managing their own local business.
Matt and Karen joined Pukeko Rental Managers on 1/09/2018 and consider themselves locals having lived in the region for over 10 years.
Pukeko Rental Managers National Franchise Managing Director, David Pearse, says “We have set criteria we review when deciding award winners to include annual tenants and landlords surveys, and an intense internal review to check that all franchise policies and operations are being met and followed. Matt and Karen were stand-outs this year, both from an internal perspective and based on feedback from their tenants and property owners. I am proud of what they have achieved as valued members of our franchise family".
When asked what they think helped them achieve such great results, Matt replied “Focusing on being the best, not the biggest. We have really focused on providing a boutique personal service for our clients where we are easy to work with and there are no surprises. Being owners of the business makes a difference too as our property owners deal with us personally and our success depends on their success”.
