In a Civil Defence Emergency Crisis, sometimes the people you gain the most strength from are those whom lead with professionalism, proficiency, reliability and efficiency. When my family had to evacuate our property, due to a major landslide, we had to urgently find a new place to live. I was recommended Andrew Williams to find somewhere for us to rent. At the time, Andrew had a wealth of experience in Property Management and I signed up, as a Tenant, to rent one of the properties he was managing. My family were in this particular rental accommodation for almost a year. From a Tenant’s point of view, Andrew was always considerate, amiable, patient and professional. The whole rental process, through to the end, was seamless.
Based on Andrew’s meticulous, thorough and professional guidance as a Property Manager, I recently tracked Andrew down to view our property to rent and manage.
