As a landlord whom has experienced renting without an agent, this has been the most humbling experience I have been through. I have personally been through a tenant whom caused so much damage that I had to rebuild and re mortgage. I was referred by a friend to Pukeko and I have never looked back. I was told this private company were unlike any other in terms of the 'hoops' the tenants had to go through to rent, plus the 3 monthly inspections. Pukeko have really delivered. They send me photos of every nook and cranny both inside and out of the property. Plus within 24hrs they will either email the landlord if the tenant has an issue in regards to a breakdown or the likes. They have their preferred contractors for anything that may arise within a few hours. Pukeko do police checks and financial audits on prospective tenants. I feel blessed. Tenants are happy and so am I. Pukeho has seriously eased my angst whilst working overseas, plus they respond within the hour of emailing and deliver whatever outcome is needed.

Apart from performing the standard tasks of collecting money and sending monthly reports, Glenn has been very proactive in getting all manner of repairs to our property. He keeps us up to date and is always happy to chat when we call him with questions. We've done some pretty major things to our property including replacing the roof. Glenn handled this with his usual professionalism and the job was finished in good time. We would thoroughly recommend Glenn to any property owners.

Glenn has definitely gone the extra mile for us. Our rental property was a new house that we relocated from out of town, and we don’t live locally; Glenn helped us enormously with organising contractors for finishing work around the house and as a local pair of eyes.
