Joan and Robert Cubbins are a husband-and-wife team who migrated to NZ in 2003 and absolutely love this country with its beauty and culture.
They are fluent in English and Hindi, highly educated, and experienced business people with a combined background in finance and banking, insurance, education and business operations. Robert has a Master's, in Commerce and was a Lecturer in India. On migrating he moved over to Warehouse and Stock Management. As an educator, Robert learned how to be patient, detail-oriented, proactive and a strong advocate. As your Rental Manager, he will work hard to protect your assets.
Joan has a Bachelors, with Honours in English, and has worked with a major bank in India before migrating. In NZ she has worked with several creditable organizations starting with Vero Insurance, Countdown and Office Max, etc. Her background in Finance has provided her invaluable skills in looking after the investment properties of her clients.
