RENTAL Manager Bio 

Matt’s connections to the Hutt Valley go back three generations; his Grandad farmed in Mangaroa, and he grew up in Maoribank and Ebdentown. After surviving a childhood of skinned knees and dive-bombs off the old Maoribank bridge, he moved into a successful business career that took him all around New Zealand, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East.

The experience of being a 'rentvestor' - renting when he was away whilst investing in and renovating properties in Upper Hutt - has given Matt a ‘warts and all’ appreciation of the needs of both owners and tenants, along with the failings of traditional property managers. He also has a keen understanding of the unique requirements of investors that live out-of-town or overseas.
