Wengheng is Malaysian Chinese and has lived in Auckland for over 20 years. He's our Central Auckland property management pro. He is also based in Central Auckland and hence can easily get to any property in Central Auckland. Wengheng comes from a corporate management background and has worked for several well-known companies, including Fletcher Building, Goodman Fielder and Tip Top Ice Cream.
Wengheng is an experienced and driven property investor, well versed in Auckland real estate, who proudly owns a medium size portfolio of rental properties. He has an excellent understanding of the investment market, which is why he also helps his friends and family to manage their rental properties. Wengheng has developed a vast knowledge of rental advertising, tenant selection, rent collection, tradesmen selection/management, tenancy tribunals, property management, and inspection.
