Bought up on a farm in Canterbury, Duncan strives to keep the communication lines open with owners and tenants. Duncan has been operating his business since 2015, with an electrical engineering background. This proves useful when issues arise sometimes as Duncan can utilise his previous experience to problem solve which can save owners money. Duncan purchased his first home in Hawkes Bay in 2002 and has gone on to renovate and sell several properties since then. He now owns several rental properties himself so he understands the process clearly from an owner's perspective and always aims to maximise owners' returns and ensure their investment is stress-free. Duncan is supported in his business by his wife Jaicee. They have 4 children and spend many weekends on the sidelines watching kids sports.

We’ve had Duncan from Pukeko as our property manager for a couple of years now. We used to do the management ourselves, but to be fair, we did a poor job, were never on top of things & didn’t really give the property management the time it required. By having Duncan look after the property it has taken all the stress & hassle away from us. Pukeko have managed tenant selection & communication, made sure the rent comes as required & looked after all the general R&M issues. Another added advantage was with the changes to health & safety legislation, Duncan has taken the lead in that area. A recent property fire saw Duncan co-ordinate with the insurer & tenant, again taking the stress away from us. On top of all that, he’s a top bloke with a ‘can-do’ attitude & I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Duncan.
